SKOF is West Flamisch for a drawer. The project where you grow herbs in your kitchen drawer.

 

It is a low-tech product that only uses sunlight. To let in the sunlight in the kitchen drawer, the original front is replaced by a glass front. A slot is provided at the bottom of the front that will ensure air circulation.

 

To extend the expiry date of the herbs or vegetables, water-regulating mats are provided at the bottom of the grow box.

 

 

Assignment: do something about 'Urban gardening' and 'Vertical farming'. That's how we came up with this idea.
